Yosemite National Park

In 1899, David and Jenny Curry opened a tented camp so that visitors could enjoy the beauty of Yosemite for a modest price. They advertised “a good bed and clean napkin with every meal” for just $2 a day.
Today, Curry Village®, otherwise known around Yosemite as Camp Curry, still offers park visitors comfortable, inexpensive lodging right in the shadow of spectacular Glacier Point and Half Dome.

Housekeeping Camp is located along a section of the Wild & Scenic Merced River in the center of Yosemite Valley. This is the ideal location for those who like to camp outdoors without the hassle of setting up a tent. Housekeeping Camp features sandy beaches for swimming and sunbathing, plus great views of Yosemite Falls and Half Dome.
Housekeeping Camp is our only lodging option that includes a campfire ring, perfect for outdoor cooking.

High Country Solitude
Set back in a quiet spot off Tioga Road, some 30 miles from Yosemite Valley, is the tranquil White Wolf Lodge. The Lodge is an excellent base camp for day hikes to Lukens and Harden Lakes. Nestled in a beautiful sub-alpine meadow generously decorated with wildflowers and fringed by Lodgepole pines, this is indeed a peaceful spot in Yosemite. White Wolf Lodge is open approximately from early-July to mid-September, conditions permitting.
